I got an email last night from one of my readers which really hit home for me and it really shows everyone just one of the effects of weight gain. The email was sent by Candace where she explained to me her situation and was asking me if I could help her. Here is what she told me in her email last night.

Dear Sandra

Hi Sandra! Your personal experience with weight gain and how you lost 34 pounds in three months is very inspiring. I just feel that the inspiration I got from reading your story has come to late for me. My relationship of 4 years is almost finished and I don’t think that I can lose my weight fast enough to save it.

I guess it’s my fault my relationship is almost done – I was the one who gained the weight right? I just never noticed until certain clothes I have were starting to fit a lot tighter that I was even gaining the weight I was.

Somehow I managed to gain 27 pounds over the coarse of a year and it really shows, I am only 51 tall. Putting on the weight is one thing but what I cant handle is the fact that my boyfriend looks at me totally different now. Its almost like he does not even know me anymore. That really hurts!

When I realized that Jeff couldn’t stand how I looked I felt there was nothing I could do. I got super depressed about it and started hiding out in the bedroom so he didn’t have to look at me. Here’s a shocker – I gained another 10 pounds doing that too.

I cant stand going to the gym either because I feel like everyone is looking at me and laughing. I am so depressed about how I look! I just dont think there is anything I can do. Thats what I thought until I found your blog Sandra.

I don’t have kids and am kind of scared to even think about having kids unless I can find someway to get my weight gain under control. Do you think your Dynamic Duo system can work for me?

I wanted to share with everyone just how bad weight gain can be. To start feeling like your mate does not want you anymore because of what you have put on is a horrible feeling to have. I know, I had the same feelings at one point.

I learned about the system I use for weight lose through daytime TV. If the products didn’t work – there would be no media hype about them. I responded back to Candace last night telling her the exact same thing. I lost 34 pounds in three months – she could too!

My system or losing weight works but I also had great support from my husband when I started on it. Moral support is just as important as the products you use.
